Where do you deliver and what are the delivery times?

We deliver the products of the Gintonego line throughout Italy.

The courier delivers approximately within 2-4 working days starting from the date on which the items leave our warehouse.

All orders are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Can I track the shipment?

You can check the progress of your shipment using the waybill number that will be indicated in the shipment confirmation email.

Is it mandatory to leave the telephone number during the purchase?

Yes, it is mandatory, this is because it is necessary for the shipper in case he needs to contact you for the shipment or in case there is some problem in this regard.

It is therefore very important data, which will obviously be treated with extreme confidentiality according to the criteria of the Privacy Policy.


How can I create my account?

Creating your own Gintonego account is very useful for having the situation of your orders under control.

Creating it is very simple. Just click on the little man icon (from your phone) or on the "account" item at the top of the site where the menu is and then click on "Create Account" at the bottom.

The "Create Account" page will open in which we will have to enter our Name, Surname, Email and Password and finally click on "Create".

You will receive an email confirming account creation and you will be able to immediately check the status of your orders.

Where can I change the shipping address linked to my account?

You can change the shipping address for your orders by logging into your Gintonego account.

At this point in "Account Details" click on the "View Addresses" button.

From here it will be possible to modify/delete an address entered in the past, or we can add a new shipping address associated with our account.

Where can I find orders placed in the past?

You can find orders placed in the past by logging into your Gintonego account. In this section you will find the details of all orders placed up to that point.

If you don't remember your account password, simply click on "forgot your password", Enter your account email and you will immediately receive an email in which you can choose a new password.

At this point log in to your account and you will find the details of orders placed in the past.

If you have not yet created your account, you just need to click on "Create Account" and enter the required data and then click on "Create" and log in to your account.

I forgot my account password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can change it by clicking "forgot your password" in the account section and follow the steps to recover it.

If the payment is refused, do I have to proceed with a new order?

If you receive an email from us informing you that your order has been cancelled, the reasons may be linked to the incorrectness of the data entered or to problems relating to the payment method.
